By using Village, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully

  1. About Village

Village is a family introduction service designed to help local families build meaningful friendships through thoughtful, curated introductions. Village may review family information, identify potential introductions, facilitate mutual interest, and connect participating families.

Village does not guarantee that an introduction, match, friendship, or particular outcome will result from participation.

Submitting a family profile does not guarantee that Village will identify or offer a potential introduction. Village may consider factors such as geographic location, children’s ages, availability of potential introductions, program capacity, and other information relevant to identifying potentially compatible families.

If a suitable potential introduction is not available, Village may keep your family on a waitlist for future consideration.

  1. Our Role

Village thoughtfully identifies potential introductions based on information families choose to share. Families decide for themselves whether they are interested in an introduction.

Village does not independently verify all information provided by participating families and does not conduct background checks unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Once an introduction is made, families are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to communicate or meet. Village is not responsible for interactions or relationships between families.

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

  1. Family Profiles and Information Sharing

By participating in Village, you understand that information from your family profile may be shared with other participating families for the purpose of considering a potential introduction.

Village will determine which profile information is appropriate to share as part of the introduction process. Private information collected solely for matching or administrative purposes will not intentionally be included in family profiles presented to other families.

  1. Photos

If you choose to provide photos, you represent that you have permission to share them with Village for purposes related to your participation and potential introductions.

Photos provided for family profiles may be shown to other participating families as part of the introduction process. Village will not use family photos for public marketing or promotional purposes without separate permission.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to participate respectfully and in good faith and not to use Village for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate purpose. You may not misuse information or photos shared with you about another family.

Effective Date: August 2026

Village is intended for adults who are parents or legal guardians. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

By submitting information to Village, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide any information or photos you submit about members of your family.

  1. Discontinuing Participation

You may stop participating in Village at any time by contacting us. Village may also suspend or discontinue a family's participation when necessary to protect participants, maintain the integrity of the community, or operate the service effectively.

  1. Limitation of Responsibility

Village facilitates introductions but does not control or supervise interactions between families. Each family is responsible for evaluating whether they are comfortable communicating with or meeting another family and for taking reasonable precautions when doing so.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we'll post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date below.
